Our Personalized Biofeedback Session will be tailored to your specific low energy (frequency) areas and transmitted to you through the session via an integration our miHealth device has with Zoom. The frequency is linked to the audio port of zoom through an integration and alters the electronic device you use, to provide the correct frequency to you.During the zoom session, you can have video on or off, you NEED to be muted, but your sound must be on. You need to have head phones or ear buds during the session at a med to high volume. It is not required, but more effective The frequency is transmitted through zoom audio, but there is no sound. The session will be quiet for 15-20min. Do not listen to other audio through the audio port you are using for the frequency.
